Message To The ERHS Community

Dr. Julius Somera

Served as ERHS OIC-Principal
FEBRUARY 13, 2026 to May 24, 2026

To the students, teachers, non-teaching personnel, and valued stakeholders of Ernesto Rondon High School,

As we continue our shared journey in nurturing excellence and character within our institution, I would like to emphasize the core values that I hope will remain deeply rooted in every Rondonian heart: faith, integrity, service, and leadership.

Let us anchor ourselves in faith—not only in a higher purpose, but also in our belief in one another and in the potential of every learner. In all our actions and decisions, may integrity guide us to always choose what is right, even when it is difficult or unseen. Let service be our daily commitment-putting the welfare of our learners and our school community above personal gain. And may leadership be reflected not only in positions we hold, but in the responsibility we carry in influencing others through good example.

To our students, may you grow not only in knowledge but in character. To our teachers and non-teaching personnel, thank you for your unwavering dedication in shaping a safe, supportive, and inspiring learning environment. To our stakeholders, your continued trust and partnership remain vital in building a stronger school community.

Together, let us continue to uphold what it means to be truly Rondonian.
